Kevin Bartlett is dedicated to bringing first class service and dedication to all of his clients. He was born and raised in the Naperville area and has witnessed the growth throughout the community and surrounding areas over the past 40 years first hand. Kevin prides himself in his knowledge of the local market as well as his commitment to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Client satisfaction is Kevin's top utmost priority and he always puts his clients needs and wants at the forefront.
Kevin has been a broker with Baird & Warner since 2017 and has recieved numerous sales awards in his time with the company. In February 2022, Kevin took the next step in his succesful real estate career by taking on a management role in the Baird & Warner Naperville where he now trains and mentors hundreds of successful agents in hopes to build a stronger team to service the community's needs. While he enjoys advancing the careers of his fellow brokers, his client first approach in helping those in need of assistance with the next step in their real estate journey remains his main focus.
