Kevin Bartlett sets RECORDS! The biggest thing to know about Kevin is that he puts his clients first and does everything to make you feel comfortable, empowered, excited and at ease throughout the process. He has the resources to get you the best rates for financing a home, and the knowledge and experience to get you the best price for your home. My wife and I initially started casually looking at houses during a period of an extreme sellers market, we never expected we would find a home in our price range in the neighborhood we wanted. Kevin found us the perfect house and he structured the perfect offer for us to get the house at a price below what we were willing to pay in our dream neighborhood. He then sold our current house (within one weekend) for a record price in our neighborhood. I’m still amazed at how he accomplished this as we had an extremely unique property that has never appraised at full value since we moved in. Kevin got us four offers significantly over asking price within the first weekend. Our next challenge was the appraisal and Kevin navigated it beautifully, presenting comparisons for our house that few if any other brokers would have found and it closed well above full ask. His work ethic and commitment to his clients saves you thousands on both the buy side and the sell side. Kevin is outstanding! He has been sending me listing for more than three years, and has shown me houses during that time that I wasn't either ready to buy or weren't right for me. He was no pressure. He actually showed me a house in 2018 that I ended up buying in 2022. This home was my destiny! He was amazing as far as writing the contract, working with the selling agent, making recommendations and helping me list my home. He went way above and beyond as I was away for the holidays when we were listing my home and couldn't always be there. To make sure we hit deadlines, he was there when I couldn't be. He was an advocate when I didn't realize I needed one, which I attribute to his experience. We had a hiccup with my closing on the home I was purchasing. It was delay on the selling side. Kevin really took a leadership role in knowing my rights as a buyer and advocating for me once again. The day before closing on the home I was purchasing, we had a major snow storm. We couldn't get to the driveway to walk in the house for the walk through due to a foot a snow in the front and back of the home. Once again, Kevin was there shoveling the snow with me to clear the way to my new home. Kevin is personable, knowledgeable, an advocate, available when I need him and stands firm on what he believes.
